Hammer crusher is generally chosen to crush limestone, but traditional hammer crusher has certain shortcomings. Here for the weaknesses of pc1000/800 hammer crusher and combining with its usage in actual production, Hongxing Machinery puts forward some reform suggestions:

1. Reinforce the grate bar frame and grate bar by surfacing welding. After the grate bar frame and grate bar are installed and located, reinforce the grate bar frame by using the hardfacing electrode, the surfacing height of the abrasive working face is around 5 mm, and at the same time, weld and fix the grate bar on the grate bar frame to prevent the grate bar frame from deforming and the grate bar from scattering. This improvement can greatly prolong the service life of the grate bar frame and the grate bar and reduce the material consumption.

2. Conduct dynamic and static balance test on the rotor of the hammer crusher and install hitting balance hammerhead, which is an important way of solving the vibration of hammer crusher. Integrate the basis of hammer crusher with the basis of its driving motor and adopt the concrete masonry to enhance its vibration-resisting performance, avoid the breakage of basis caused by vibration and ensure the use performance of large hammer crusher.

3. Lengthen the grate bar frame by 160 mm, additional 4 grate bars can be used to increase the working area of hammer crusher and make sure the products with qualified granularity are discharged out of the crushing cavity in time, thus lowering over-crushing rate and the load of the crusher and improving the production capacity.

4. Change the monolithic structure of the upper frame to split structure, which makes the overhaul of the rotor very convenient, and the rotor can be hoisted out just by removing the left part of the subdivision part. When transforming the machine, pay attention to removing the stress to guarantee the assembly performance of the complete machine. Adjust the R520 radian of the grate bar frame to R510, reduce the clearance between the grate bar and the hammerhead, making it easy to adjust the grate bar frame at the same time, and make sure the grate bar frame has enough adjustment room when the hammer head wears.
