Française Stone crushing plant develops towards a new stage. It mainly composed with vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centralized control. The production is 50-800 T/H. It also can be equipped with cone crusher and dust removing plant according to the different requirements of the customer.
First, the stone evenly enters into the coarse crusher for preliminary broken via the feeding machine. Then, the coarse stone will be transfer to the impact crusher for further crush through the belt conveyor. The fine grinding stone enters into vibration screen to screen out the stones with different specifications. The stone that does not meet the size requirements will back to the impact crusher for further broken. This stone production line has the advantages of high automatic degree, adjustable granularity, high crushing efficiency, high production, and the production with uniform particle size. It is suitable for roads and bridges and other medium and small construction projects.
