Cement production line is mainly composed with crushing process, preheating process, decomposition course, the burning of cement clinker, and the package of cement.

During the production of cement, in order to produce 1 ton of Portland cement, we should grind at least 3 tons of materials (including all kinds of raw materials, fuel, clinker, mixed materials, and gypsum). According to statistics, the grinding operations in the cement production line need to consume about 60% of the power of the whole plant. Among the whole power consumption, the grind of raw materials is more than 30%; the grind of coal mill is about 3%; the grind of cement is about 40%. So, the reasonable selections of grinding equipment and technological process have signification on the reduction of power consumption.

During the new type of cement production process, the keep of raw material composition is the premise of stable thermal system. The homogenization system of raw material plays a gatekeeper role.
