Française In recent years, our country devotes itself to the exploration and utilization of the new energy. But the traditional energy is the main energy structure in our country. As to the three kinds of traditional energies, China's oil and natural gas resources are relatively scarce, the coal reserves are extremely rich, and so coal reserves are the main energy resource. During the exploration and utilization process of the coal resources, we have large demand on high pressure grinding mill.
In the host of the high pressure grinding mill, the grinding roll is hanging on the hanger frame through the cross arm shaft. The hanger frame is connecting with the main shaft and the relieving tool post. The pressure spring pressure is in the outer end face of the roller bearing chamber. It treats the cantilever cross arm as a fulcrum to force that the grinding rollers are tightly pressed on the surface of the grinding ring. When the motor drives the spindle rotation through a gearing, the blade and the grinding roller will do synchronous rotation, while the grinding roller in the grinding ring will do rotation movement around its own axis. The motor drives the classifier rotation through the gearing. The higher rotation speed of blade can make the classified powder finer. In order to ensure the normal work of the grinding machine under the negative pressure state, the increased airflow enters into the dust catcher through the air tube which is between the draught fan and the main engine. The purified air will be injected into the atmosphere.
The winnowing airflow of the high pressure grinding mill is operating in the circulation of fan-mill shell-cyclone separator-fan. So the grinder has little dust. The operation workshop is clean and no pollution.
