Intelligent mining is the ideal method in nowadays

With the continuous development of the mining equipment, the application field of the mining robot will be wider and wider. The economic profit and the social economic are more and more significant. The working condition of the mining equipment is serious. It mainly reflects on the vibration, dust, power, gas, cave, etc. Those unsafe factors greatly threaten the safety of the underground workers. Then, the mining industry urgently requires the mining robot for different usages to replace the hand operation. In addition, the mining process is rather complex. So, the intelligent mining machine is very important to the mining industry.

According to the special conditions and characteristics of the downhole operation, the mining robot has the following aspects:

1. Special coal mining robots. Nowadays, we also adopt the integrated mining crusher to exploit the coal. But to the low coal seam, we cannot use the mining machine to exploit the coal. The worker operation under this condition is very danger. But the abandon of the resource will cause the great waste. So robot operation is the best way to solve the problem. The robot is equipped with strong light and vision sensors to convey the mining condition to the operator.

2. Rock mining robot. This robot can use sensors to determine the upper edge of the roadway. This allows the automatic aiming of the roadway joints, then the drill will be fixed at a regular intervals. The rotation speed and the shape of the holes can be changed according to the hardness of the rock. Then the production efficiency can be improved.

3. Underground shotcrete robot. Shotcrete operation is a very heavy sprying operation and endangers the human health jobs. The current operation mainly complete by the personal operated mechanical devices which has many disadvantages. The shotcrete robot operation can improve the spring quality and freed people from the harsh operating environment.

4. Gas and ground pressure detecting robot. Gas and burst is the main unsafe factors to the dowmhole operation. Before the accident, there are many showing signs, such as the rock breaking. The continuous monitors of the robot can help us to find the sign of the accident and adopt the appropriate preventive measures.
