Française In the process of mining, vibrating screen is a kind of ubiquitous screening equipment because both sand making and extraction of valuable mineral raw materials need the selection function of vibrating screen. The followings are some tips that users should pay attention to when examining and checking vibrating screen.
1. When dismantling the parts with precious coordination, you should be especially careful to protect the surface of the parts from being damaged and becoming dirty. If the surface of the disassembled parts rusts easily, you must protect them very well or smear antirust oil on it.
2. When dismantling the parts with bearing and processing surfaces, boards should be laid on the ground to prevent the precision-machined surface from directly touching the ground.
3. When assembling and un-assembling the parts, it is forbidden to use a hammer to directly beat the parts with copper rod and fill block.
4. When the bearing is damaged, the two bearings should be replaced together.
5. After replacing the o-ring and smearing oil, you can roll it into the groove, but don't stretch it.
6. When installing a new screen, the screen hook must firmly contact with the steel angle or channel steel which supports the cage on screen box, and they also need to be strained evenly.
7. All the parts must be cleaned before assembling.
8. The hoisting equipment used for lifting, installing and disassembling the parts should have sufficient lifting capacity.
