1.Description of Bucket Elevator:
Bucket elevator is ring chain bucket elevator and it is the upgrading product on the basis of HL link centrifugal bucket elevator. Bucket elevator unloads with the composite style or gravity, and loads with digging style. It has long using life and it's easy to change rims.
2. Performance Benefits:
It has many advantages such as easy maintenance, long lifespan, small noise, thick frame steel plate and good rigidity. Bucket elevator can make the lifting temperature achieve 250℃, and the lifting height is very reliable and stable. The link chain is casted with low alloyed steel, and goes through carburizing and quenching process, so it has so high intensity of tension and wear-abrasion capacity.
3. Working Theory:
Bucket elevator is used for lifting powder, granular material, small block, non-abrasion and small abrasion material. As to ring link bucket elevator, it unloads with mixture type or gravity way, and loads with digging type. Pulling components is made of excellent alloyed steel ring link which can work for longer and its rim can be changed easily. Underneath of bucket elevator adopts gravity automation tension device that can keep invariable tension force to avoid skidding or off chain.
