1.Introduction to the Mill Production Line

It's mainly used in the grinding process of the metallurgy, building material, chemical, mine and other mineral materials. It can be applied to the power processing of the feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare earth, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese, phosphate rock, red iron oxide, quartz sand, cement clinker, activated carbon, clay, coal gangue, gypsum, silicon carbide, refractory and other Mohs harness less than 8, humidity less than 6% of the non-flammable, non-explosive mineral materials.

2.The Flow of the Mill Production Line

The whole structure is mainly composed of host machine, analysis machine, piping device, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator machine, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and distribution cabinet.

Machine working process: After having crushed by jaw crusher and reached the required particle size, the large bulk materials will be sent to the storage hopper through the elevator and then evenly and continuously fed into the grinding chamber for grinding by the vibrating feeder. The grinded power will be brought by the fan airflow, after having classifying by the analysis machine, the qualified fineness powers will enters into the large cyclone collector with the air stream for separating collection and then discharged by the tube cell. Then, the finished power is formed.

The airflow is sucked to the blower by the air tube in the upper end of the cyclone collector. The entire airflow system in this machine is closed recirculation and circular recycles in the positive and negative pressure state. When the grinded materials having certain moisture content, the grinding body generates heat and leads to the gas evaporation in the mill and then changes the gas flow. At the same time, due to the poor sealing in the whole pipeline junction, the outside air is sucked into, which increases the air volume of the circulating airflow. Then adjust the surplus air pipe between the blower and the host machine to achieve a balance of the airflow and boots the excess gas to the bag fitter and collects the fine power brought by residual air. After having been purged, the residual air will be discharged.
