1.Introduction to the Single-stage Hammer Crusher
Single-stage hammer crusher is used to crush the general brittle ore such as limestone, pelitic siltstone, shale, gypsum and coal. It is also suitable for crushing the mixture of limestone and clay and features full circle swing and high quality hammer, adjustable crushing plate, consequent perforated strainer and fire door. Additionally, it also meets the requirements of large feeding granularity and crushing ratio.

As of now, cement clinker production line with 5000t/d even l0000t/d gradually becomes popular.Large-scale demand of cement production equipment increases accordingly. In particular, the single-stage hammer crusher with crushing capability more than l 000 t/h has quite broad market demand.
2. Working Principle of Single-stage Hammer Crusher

There are different latent defects in ores such as bedding, impurity and crack especially the ultrafine cracks. By adopting the strong cracks, the ores can be crushed along the most weak points and surface. However, with the processing of crushing, the granularity size of ore and the weak points and surface constantly decrease. The ore becomes harder and harder, more impact energy is needed to crush.
Both hammer crusher and impact crusher are impact type crusher. Taking advantage of the heavy crashing between high rotating hammer or plate hammer and ores, ore will be crushed finally. And then the qualified sand will be discharged from the machine.
