1.Introduction to Spiral Chute:
The FRP spiral chute are integrated features of spiral concentrator, spiral chute, shaking table, centrifugal concentrator, developed in 1977 into new national initiative equipment, is the best equipment for mining and beneficiation, especially suitable for placer mining from seaside, river, sand beach and creek. Spiral chute is suitable for fine minerals of 0.3-0.02 mm granularities, such as iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyretic, zirconite, rutile, monazite, xenotime, tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum ore, colombite oreas well as other nonferrous metal, rare metal and nonmetal minerals of different proportions. The equipment comes with the advantages of stable dressing process, easy control, big changes to ore concentration, high concentration ratio and recovery, small space, less water consumption, simple structure, easy installation and operation, low investment but fast reture.
2.Working Principle of China Spiral Chute：
The sand pulp is very first mail to the two inlets from the spiral chute. Right after additional drinking water for proper pulp density, the pulp swirls down and generates a centrifugal force which separates the ores and sands. The ore focus flows into the hopper and is collected through a pipeline. The tailings are discharged with a sand pulp. Hence, the entire mineral method is finished.
